"He (Henry Sinclair) was the only Peer who protested against William, Prince of Orange, coming to the throne of the Stuarts. He died in March 1723 and was buried at Dysart the 14 of that month. He married, 30 December 1680, Barbara, daughter of Sir James Cockburn of that Ilk, and had issue"
