"James Ogilvy of Balgally, afterwards of Inchmartine. Under the designation of James Ogilvy of Balgally, on 13 August 1500, he received a charter of Inchmartyn from his father and mother. He was killed at Flodden, 1513. He married Isabella Oliphant"
