Elizabeth married Sir Patrick OGILVY of Inchmartine, son of James OGILVY of Balgally, afterwards of Inchmartine and Isabella OLIPHANT.1 (Sir Patrick OGILVY of Inchmartine was born about 1488 and died by 25 May 1535 1.)


  Marriage Notes:

"On 5 September 1521 he (Patrick Ogilvy) acquired from Andrew Kynnaird of that Ilk the lower fourth part of the lands of Kynnaird. On 10 March 1538-39 he had a Crown grant of one-half of the lands of Ballgalle in the barony of Inchsture to himself and his wife Elizabeth Kynnaird. On 29 April 1548 he acquired from Patrick Kynnaird of that Ilk the dominical lands of Drummye in the barony of Ballegarno and shire of Perth."

"He married, first, Mariota Stewart .... and secondly, Elizabeth, daughter of Andrew Kynnaird of that Ilk and Inchture."
