Elizabeth married Alexander STEWART 5th of Garlies, son of Alexander STEWART 4th of Garlies (as per Scots Peerage correction) and Janet GORDON.1 (Alexander STEWART 5th of Garlies was born about 1487 1 and died on 9 September 1513 in Battle of Flodden Field, Northumberland, England 1.)

"He (Alexander Stewart) married Elizabeth Kennedy (believed to have been a
daughter of Kennedy of Blairquhan), as appears from letters granted in 1535 to William Stewart (of the Minto line), Bishop of Aberdeen, in which ' Sir Alexander Stewart of Garlies and Elizabeth Kennedy his mother ' are, inter alia,placed under royal protection, during the Bishop's absence on an embassy to France."
