"Robert married secondly, Agnes, daughter of George Fallow, Burgess of Edinburgh, before 1490.[17] In a charter In signed on The Bass on 20th October and confirmed at Edinburgh on the 8th November 1491, there is a mortification charter of Agnes Faulaw spouse of Robert Lauder of Bass, for the souls of King James III and her previous husband, William Carreboris, a Burgess of Edinburgh, which King James IV (reigned 1488 - 1513) confirmed to St. Andrew's Church in North Berwick. Robert Lauder of Bass had signed the original charter.[18]"
