He was infeft in Gardyne firstly on 15 March 1568 and again on 10 April 1567 [NRAS22/47/misc.] and m. Agnes, daughter of David Gardyne of Leys, (c/m 20 November 1549 [RMS 1547- 1580. No. 398])."
