Margaret's 1858 death certifcate records her father as Robert Craigan and her mother as Isabella Lobban. The informant was her son, Alexander. Margaret's age was noted as 76 years at death. Since she died on 19th April, that age would be correct if the above entry was her baptismal record. The father's name also coincides. Since the mother's name differs, the baptismal record should be treated with caution for the time being, though it is more likely the informant of death simply made a mistake regarding the name of the biological mother of Margaret.
