"On 19 June 1507 he (Sir William Ogilvy) and his wife Alison Roull received a grant of the barony of Stratherne in the sheriffdom of Inverness, the reason assigned by tradition for the gift being that Alison was the first to make known to the King the birth of a son by his wife Margaret Tudor."
