Jane married Thomas McGEORGE, son of Robert McGEORGE and Sarah McDOWALL, on 29 April 1867 in Tradeston, Glasgow, Scotland.1 (Thomas McGEORGE was born on 12 March 1847 in Kilmarnock Parish, Ayrshire, Scotland 4 5, baptised on 4 April 1847 in St Andrew's Free Church, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland 5 and died on 6 June 1882 in Woodilee, Kirkintilloch parish, Dunbartonshire, Scotland 4 6.). The cause of his death was epilepsy.
