Mary married Robert ROBERTSON, son of Charles ROBSON and Ann SMITH, on 10 April 1891 in Larkhall district, Lanarkshire, Scotland.¹ (Robert ROBERTSON was born on 4 December 1867 in Hamilton, Lanarkshire, Scotland ³ and died after 4 March 1912 ⁴.)

Robert was married, under the surname of Mount, to Mary Fox in 1891 after banns, and according to the forms of the Evangelical Union Church by Samuel Rae. The witnesses were Thomas Murray and Mary Murdoch.

Robert was a bachelor aged 22 years. He worked as a coal miner and lived at Macneill Street Larkhall. He made his X mark.

Mary Fox was 20 years old and single. She was a domestic servant and lived at the same address as Robert.

The marriage was registered at Larkhall on 13 April 1891. ¹
