Martha next married John McGINIGLE, son of Daniel McGINAGAL and Mary Ann McKILLOP, on 26 September 1899 in Dunmore Cottage, Bearsden, New Kilpatrick, Dunbartonshire, Scotland.² (John McGINIGLE was born about 1869 ².)

When they married in 1899 according to the forms of the Church of Scotland, John and Mary Ann were both widowed. The Reverend N. Mcleod of New Kilpatrick married them and the witnesses were William and Mary McGraw. Both bride and groom were resident in Garscadden Rows New Kilpatrick, John a furnaceman and Martha a charwoman. John was 30 years old and Martha aged 31 years. ²
