Haltoun and all the entails passed to his brother:

Sir Alexander Lauder of Haltoun, Knt., (d. before June 1434[8 Chamberlain Rolls 5 June 1434] who married before 1408, Elizabeth, daughter of Sir John Forrester of Corstophine.[9 The Great Seal of Scotland, signed at Dundee on 16th December 1408, no.915, when already married] with issue."
