In 1493 he is a witness to a precept of sasine regarding the lands of Pitfour, and in 1510, he is one of the jury on the inquest of William Forbes. In 1512, the lands of Wester Corse and Norham are mentioned as belonging to John Panton of Pitmethan. He was probably succeeded by his son, Alexander Panton" John married. |
