Alexander married Catherine SINCLAIR, daughter of William SINCLAIR 3rd Earl of Orkney, Earl of Caithness, 2nd Lord Sinclair and Elizabeth DOUGLAS.1 The marriage ended in annulled 2 march 1477(1478). (Catherine SINCLAIR was born about 1442.)
