Alexander married Mary GORDON, daughter of Alexander GORDON in Dulax, then in Crofts and Jean FORBES.¹ (Mary GORDON was baptised on 9 January 1747 in Glenbucket parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland ².)

  Marriage Notes:

"Mary, baptised 9th January, 1747. She married Alexander Gordon in Dykehead ot Belnabodach, Strathdon. Their son was Lewis Gordon, merchant in Aberdeen, who was apprenticed to his uncle John (see supra) for five years in 1790."
