Sept. 20. Renunciation, Discharge and Ratification. Janet Gordoun, widow of Andrew Forbes, eldest lawful son of Alexr. Forbes of Boyndlie, and wife of John Gordoun of Drumbuilg, renounced in favor of Andrew Fraser, elder, of Staynniewood, all her rights to 16 oxengait, extending to two ploughs, of the lands and Mains of Kynmundie in the parish of Langsyd. A decree of the Court of Session of 29 July, 1626, was referred to." ¹
