Elizabeth married Sir John HAY of Oliver Castle, Lord Yester, Sheriff of Peebles, son of Sir David HAY of Locherworth (the last of such) and Yester and Elizabeth DOUGLAS, 1468(contract) 3 August 1469(dispensation).^{1 2} (Sir John HAY of Oliver Castle, Lord Yester, Sheriff of Peebles was born about 1449 and died in September 1508 ².)

"He (John Hay) married, secondly (contract dated 1468), Elizabeth, daughter and eventual heir of George Cunningham, son and heir of Sir William Cunningham of Belton. She joined her husband in two grants of lands in the bailiery of Cunningham in Ayr 12 February 1506-7, and was living a widow 7 October 1509."
