  General Notes:

John O'Donnel was aged 6 years at the time of the 1891 census. He lived with his two sisters and mother in High Rows, Chapelhall. His father was dead then. John was a scholar, and had been born in Bothwell parish.

John O'Donnell died at the age of 7 years. His father, John, was already deceased. It was his uncle John McGunnigal, of High Rows Chapelhall, who had been present where the death occurred, who gave notice of the child's death before the registrar at Holytown on 17 February 1892. 4 5

John Taylor, physician and surgeon, certified the cause of death.
