  Research Notes:

MARGARET'S AGE

The age at death recorded in Margaret Moran's death certificate seems somewhat low. In the 1861 census her age was noted as 34 years, her husband's 43 years, and their eldest child 14 years. using the age at death the change would be that in 1861 Margaret was only 29 years old and therefore had her child when 15 years old. her marriage certificate in 1868 recorded her as 43 years old. The 1871 census recorded her as 48 years.

More work needs done here.

  Medical Notes:

Thomas Mc ? (unclear), son in law of the deceased woman, who was present where the death occurred, gave notice of Margaret Moran's death.
