Michael married Mary Ann CONNOR, daughter of Michael O'CONNOR and Jane McDONNELL, on 26 October 1881 in RC Chapel, Cleland, Lanarkshire, Scotland.1 (Mary Ann CONNOR was born in 1860 in Ireland 3 and died 18 August 1904 at 10.00 pm in Windyedge Farm, West District of Shotts, Lanarkshire, Scotland 4.). The cause of her death was bilious vomiting and neuralgia over 10 days then probably sudden heart failure.
The marriage was celebrated, after banns, according to the rites and forms of the Roman Catholic Church. Father Thomas Moran was the priest. Michael O'Connor and Margaret King were the witnesses.
