The cause of his death was carcinoma of the colon, cachexia, anuria, and heart failure.
The marriage took place according to the forms of the Congregational Church. A.D. Robertson, Minister of Sidney Hall Congregational Church, Edinburgh presided. The witnesses were Alfred Kidson and Margaret Muir.
