  General Notes:

In 1872 when his widowed daughter, Bridget, remarried, her marriage certificate recorded Peter as being a labourer in an iron works. The two witnesses at the wedding, James Dinnan and Mary Dinnan, may have been Peter's son and daughter or daughter in law.

Peter was the informant of the death of his grandson, Patrick Rourk, in 1874. His address was noted then as 30 Centre Street, Mossend. He made his X mark. ^{1 2}

Peter married Mary BOYLE. (Mary BOYLE was born about 1815 and died after 24 Oct 1872.)
