DALY, Mary
General Notes: Mary was widowed in March 1914 when her husband died of pneumonia. It was she who gave notice to the registrar of his death. Her address then was recorded as 41 Richard Street Anderston, Glasgow. Mary married.1 Marriage Notes: "Robert of Drummalie, which estate he acquired from Robert Crichton of Eliock, Lord Advocate, 15 May 1570. He married Marjorie, daughter of Thomas Strachan of Carmylie, and had issue" Mary next married Peter DALY in 1885 in Glasgow, Scotland. (Peter DALY was born about 1865 and died in or before 1892.) Mary next married William James VALLELY, son of William VALLELY and Mary WOODS, in 1892 in Anderston, Glasgow, Scotland. (William James VALLELY was christened in 1861 in County Tyrone, Ireland 2 and died 21 March 1914 at 10.45 am in 167 Renfrew Road, Glasgow, Scotland.). The cause of his death was pneumonia. |
