Agnes married Annie NELIS.¹ (Annie NELIS was born about 1846 in Londonderry, Ireland ⁶ and died 28 October 1917 at 11.15 am in 169 Kent Road, Anderston, Glasgow, Scotland ^{7 8}.). The cause of her death was chronic bronchitis and cardiac asthenia over 3 months.

"Sir David of Glenfarquhar, had charter of Mains of Balbegno, in the parish of Fettercairn, 2 August 1627, admitted Advocate before 1630, appointed Commissary of Edinburgh 1634 ; as Deputy for Kincardineshire he consented to the Union with England 27 February 1652 ; was member for said county in the united parliament in 1652, and in the Scots Parliament in 1667. He married Margaret, daughter of Sir Robert Hepburn of Bearford, and had issue."
