In 1855 Mary's baby daughter Bridget died. Mary herself informed the registrar and made her X mark.

Mary was recorded in her death certificate of 1870 as 'married to John Quigly farm labourer'. She was 45 years old, according to the same document. Both of her parents were deceased.

John Quigly, widower of the deceased, gave notice of Mary's death before Thomas Gentles, registrar, at Falkirk on March 19th 1870 and made his X mark.


Mary married James McKINNEY, son of James McKINNY and Rosan McCLARIGIN.1 (James McKINNEY was born about 1846-1847 in Barrhead, Renfrewshire, Glasgow.)
