Isabella married John QUIGLEY, son of Hugh QUIGLEY and Mary McGUIRE, on 29 May 1863 in St Mary's RC Church, Abercrombie Street, Glasgow, Scotland.^{1 2} (John QUIGLEY was born about 1837.)

The priest who married the couple was P. Forbes. The witnesses were John Reilly and Mary Ann King.

John Quigley was an unmarried man of 25 years who worked as a foundry labourer. He lived at 48 Struthers Street, Glasgow. His parents were still living.

Isabella Drummond, also unmarried, was 23 years old. She was a power loom weaver and resided at 41 James Street, Glasgow. Her father was deceased. Isabella made her X mark.

The marriage was registered at Glasgow on June 1 1863, William Sloan being the signing registrar. ²
