General Notes:
In 1861 the census for Dalziel parish, Lanarkshire recorded Bridget Feely aged 8 years living in her father's household with her brother and sister and her stepmother. Because of her age it is clear Bridget is the '1 daughter living' from his first marriage that was mentioned in his son Hugh's 1855 birth certificate. In the 1861 census Bridget was recorded as having been born in Airdrie and was a scholar. 1
