John married Margaret QUIGLEY, daughter of Francis QUIGLEY Farm Labourer and Susan BRESLIN. (Margaret QUIGLEY was born about 1825 in Ireland ³ and died 16 January 1882 at 4.00 am in 8 Church Place, Milton, Glasgow, Scotland ^{2 4}.). The cause of her death was diarrhoea over one month.
