Mary married John TWIGLEY, son of Daniel QUIGLEY and Cecilia CUNNINGHAM, on 26 Nov 1729 in Fordyce Parish, Banffshire, Scotland.¹ (John TWIGLEY was born about 1845 in Doune, Stirlingshire, Scotland ^{2 3 4} and died 10 April 1914 at 9.10 am in 170 Paisley Road West, Glasgow, Scotland ⁴.). The cause of his death was enlarged prostate, cystitis, haematuria and cardiac failure.

"This Alexander Innes had married Catherine Abercromby (1708-1784), second daughter of Alexander Abercromby of Glassaugh, M.P. for Banffshire (from 1706 to 1727; he died 1729). The graves of the Inneses and the Russells are in Banff church (Annals of Banff, ii., 358-9)."
