The maiden surname of Ann McCann's mother is overwritten in the death certificate of 1855. This together with the fading of ink makes it particularly difficult to read. It looks most like Cahill, but it may not be. ⁴

Ann married Dennis McCANN. (Dennis McCANN was born about 1765 and died before 1855.)

Ann next married Isabell GARROW, daughter of David GARROW In Aberlour and Beatrix KYNACH.^{1 2} (Isabell GARROW was christened on 25 Mar 1716 in Aberlour Parish, Banffshire, Scotland.)
