Precept by Alexander, Earl of Huntly, Lord Gordon and Badzenoch [Badenoch], directed to John Grant of Fruchquhy [Freuchie], John Cuthbert and Andrew Hay, as his bailies, to give sasine to William Makkyntoisch [McIntosh], son of Lachlan Makkyntoisch [McIntosh], of the foresaid lands of Dunnauchtan [Dunachton], &c., which had belonged to Elizabeth Makewane [McNiven].
