  General Notes:

Catherine was just 8 months old when the 1881 census recorded her living in Newcastle with her family.

Catherine married Thomas TWEEDLEY, son of Michael TWEEDLEY and Mary JUDGE, on 31 October 1899 in St Alphonsus Chapel, Glasgow, Scotland. (Thomas TWEEDLEY was born about 1876 in Rutherglen, Lanarkshire, Scotland and died after 9 January 1911.)

  Marriage Notes:

The marriage was celebrated after banns according to the rites and forms of the Roman Catholic Church by Thomas P. O'Reilly. The witnesses were Andrew Freeland and Ellen Tweedlie (sic).

Thomas Tweedley was a bachelor of 23 years. He was a van driver. His usual residence was 19 Little Street Glasgow. Both of his parents were living.

Catherine Freeland was also unmarried. Aged 19 years, she was a sewing machinist whose usual residence was 10 East Russell Street, Glasgow. Both of her parents were deceased.
