VALLELY, William
(About 1835-Before 1914) |
VALLELY, William
General Notes: This may be the William Vallely who was recorded by the 1901 census for Cambusnethan parish living as head of the household. There is an anomaly in that he was head of a household living at Kirkland's Land Newmains that consisted of the children of Francis Vallely married to Alice Connelly. Francis had died in 1892, and although his wife, Alice, did not die until 1925 she was not listed in the family entry. No family relationship was given for William. Francis and William may have been brothers or possibly cousins. Their children were contemporaries and share some first names. William married Mary WOODS in 1857 in County Tyrone, Ireland.1 (Mary WOODS was born about 1835 and died after 21 March 1914.) |
