By the time of the 1871 census Elizabeth was recorded as Widow Mullen. She was recorded by the census for New Monkland living at 57 Chapel Street, Airdrie with her five children. She was a servant to a shop keeper and had been born in Ireland. Her age was recorded as 44 years. 2


Elizabeth married Michael MULLIN. (Michael MULLIN was born about 1820 and died before 21 February 1878 2.)
