Cause of his death was cerebral haemorrhage over 3 months. General Notes: The 1861 census recorded William Quigley, the head of the household, and his family living at 417 Garscube Road, Glasgow. William was recorded there as a labourer in an iron foundry, confirmed by the marriage certificate of his daughter Catherine in 1861. William was recorded as aged 40 years and as having been born in Ireland. Medical Notes: William Drysdale LRCP(E) certified the cause of death. William married Margaret KEAN. (Margaret KEAN was born about 1819 in Ireland 2 and died in 1878 in Anderston, Glasgow, Scotland 4 5.) |
