When his son Thomas married in 1932, John Breen was recorded as a railway passenger guard by occupation. 1


John married Catherine O'BRIEN on 25 April 1901 in Barnsmuir RC Church, Slamannan, Stirlingshire, Scotland. (Catherine O'BRIEN was born about 1876.)


  Marriage Notes:

Both parties resided in Muiravonside. The witnesses were John Power and Annie O'Brien.
